- Schedules appointments and manages the company calendar using industry-standard software.
- Assists with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing meeting materials.
- Acts as a point of contact for vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
