Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor; answer multi-line phone systems with exceptional etiquette.

- Scheduling: Assist in managing the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room bookings.
- Office Management: Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment; monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for the company, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment.
