Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring them appropriately or taking detailed messages.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure no conflicts.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare necessary materials for internal meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
