Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input and manage information into our database systems with high precision and speed.
- Office Organization: Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, take detailed messages, and greet visitors at the front desk.
- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Scheduling: Support calendar management and help coordinate appointments for staff members.
- General Support: Handle mail distribution, supply inventory, and other ad-hoc office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred, but we value attitude over past history.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems is a plus.
- Typing Skills: Basic ability to type is required; speed is a bonus.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous when handling data entry and filing.
