Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain digital databases and records with a focus on speed and precision.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing calls and drafting responses as needed.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels.
- General Office Tasks: Perform basic photocopying, scanning, and data formatting tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an office setting or data entry role is preferred.

- Typing: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
