Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with office inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking expenditures.
- Coordinate company events and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in our New York office.
