Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, manage the reception area, and answer a high volume of incoming calls with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Communication: Route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly and professionally.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Prepare meeting materials, maintain office supplies inventory, and handle basic data entry tasks.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- General Office Tasks: Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
