Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Receive and route incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms using digital calendar tools.
- Greet and assist guests, vendors, and staff with directions, inquiries, and administrative support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior receptionist experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative support role (1-2 years minimum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
