Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, including updating databases and entering new client information.
- Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Assist with filing, document scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Generate reports and organize physical and electronic files.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
