Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk, including check-in processes and visitor management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
