Responsibilities

- Perform high-volume data entry and database management tasks
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings across departments
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
