Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, screening and routing appropriately
- Coordinate office communications and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Perform administrative tasks: data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Support mail processing, package handling, and supply inventory
- Assist with office coordination and event preparations
- Maintain clean, welcoming reception environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
