Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Process confidential documents, maintain filing systems, and ensure data accuracy
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence) with professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and special weekend projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
