Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems both physical and digital for efficient record-keeping
- Assist with office inventory management and supply procurement
- Support event planning and coordination for company functions
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
