Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in proprietary systems and databases
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems for client documents and records
- Coordinate weekend office operations including supply inventory and equipment checks
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
- Prepare and distribute routine reports and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email inquiries
- Support cross-departmental projects with data compilation and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High typing speed (50+ WPM) with exceptional accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error detection abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification preferred
