- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointment bookings with precision and efficiency.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Document Control: Prepare, organize, and file important documents and records accurately and securely.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating office events, team meetings, and client visits.
- Office Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, manage office supplies inventory, and handle light clerical duties.
- Data Entry: Input and update data into our management systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent administrative experience is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
