- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and documents
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy in CRM platforms
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory and vendor relations
- Support event planning and meeting preparation for internal stakeholders
- Assist with expense reporting and basic financial documentation
Qualifications
