- Provide comprehensive phone and email support during weekend operations
- Coordinate office logistics including inventory management and supply replenishment
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for executive staff
- Generate routine reports using Excel and proprietary software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error reduction capabilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a weekend shift environment
