Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route inquiries appropriately
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies and equipment maintenance
- Assist with onboarding new hires and training materials
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
