We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist and Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.
In this full-time position, you will manage front desk operations while ensuring accurate data entry and record management. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Sort and distribute mail, manage incoming and outgoing packages, and handle couriers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining the company calendar.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Provide administrative support to management, including drafting emails and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday).
