Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route incoming calls
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and coordinate office access
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Maintain reception area appearance and inventory of office supplies
- Coordinate with department heads on scheduling and logistics
- Assist with onboarding processes for new staff and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
