Responsibilities
- Professional greeting and management of incoming visitors and phone calls.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling and correspondence.
- Update and manage company databases and contact lists.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
