Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications by screening calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials to keep the workspace efficient.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle cash handling and basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Support team initiatives by participating in special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar office role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
