- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling for the executive team.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to the correct department or person.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks and reconcile expense reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
