Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phones, screening calls, and transferring to the correct department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar using digital scheduling tools.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous receptionist or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Prior experience with phone systems and front desk management is a plus.
