Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Phone System: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to departments and employees.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and remind staff and clients accordingly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
