Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner during weekend shifts.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry using various software and databases.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
