Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls, screen and redirect them, and manage internal and external correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical records, and prepare routine reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies, maintain the break area, and ensure the reception area is always presentable.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, including logistics, catering coordination, and on-site management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with people from diverse backgrounds and levels within the organization.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
