Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Prepare internal reports and correspondence as directed by management.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors at the front desk.
