Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, fax, and mail.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving of important documents.
- Support the sales and operations teams by preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Answer and screen phone calls professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office workspace and common areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with data entry, typing, and basic computer operations.
