- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Assist with basic data entry, payroll processing, and expense reporting.
- Order office supplies and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
