Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all clients, vendors, and visitors at the front desk.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, package deliveries, and manage the reception area to ensure it is organized and tidy.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and perform general clerical duties as required.
- Intercom & Access: Manage the intercom system and visitor log to ensure security and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
