Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate international travel, and arrange high-stakes meetings
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense report processing
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track critical milestones
- Implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage office inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Proven experience managing executive schedules and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
