- Manage front-desk operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM), including greeting visitors, answering calls, and sorting mail
- Coordinate security protocols and access control for after-hours personnel
- Handle emergency procedures and escalate critical issues to on-site management
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage conference room reservations
- Support administrative tasks like document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with night-shift security and facilities teams
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain office equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for office supply restocking
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and building systems
