Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and professionally route calls across departments
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office deliveries
- Oversee visitor protocols including badge issuance and meeting coordination
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Support HR functions including new employee onboarding documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
