Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of precision.
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls appropriately.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage filing systems, and prepare documents as needed.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management for executive staff.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors and callers with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Track office supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or receptionist roles is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to detect errors in data entry.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
