Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy (99.9% accuracy rate required).
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and general office administration.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid office setting.
