Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to our Albuquerque facility with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails efficiently while maintaining a polite tone.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and managing the lobby area.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms for internal teams.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries with patience and provide accurate information or redirect to the appropriate department.
- Support administrative staff with various clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a busy office setting.
- A friendly, professional attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
