Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team meetings, and client gatherings to foster a positive company culture.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update data into databases and CRM systems to ensure information integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative support or office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
