Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high standard of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and processing expense reports.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
