Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including drafting emails, responding to inquiries, and screening phone calls.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and oversee basic facility upkeep to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and training sessions, handling logistics and catering arrangements.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into internal databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role (1-3 years minimum).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and solve administrative issues independently.
