Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and business correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Omaha location.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
