Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Support cross-functional projects through data compilation and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven administrative support experience in corporate or fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
