Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex schedules across multiple departments
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and correspondence
- Coordinate office logistics including travel arrangements, meeting setups, and vendor relationships
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Support new employee onboarding and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
