Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including visitor greeting, call routing, and package handling
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting logistics across 15+ departments
- Maintain visitor registration system and issue security badges
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage courier services
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding paperwork
- Collaborate with IT department for equipment maintenance requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with discretion
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Philadelphia business etiquette and geography
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
