- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and ERP systems with daily reconciliation
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and expense report processing
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for executive team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience with data entry specialization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99.5% data entry accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification required
