We're seeking a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Jose. Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy across CRM and financial systems
- Manage digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Generate reports and maintain databases using MS Office Suite
- Onboard new hires and manage office supply inventory
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative experience with advanced data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel pivot tables, Word formatting, Outlook)
- WPM 60+ with 10-key typing certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-prevention abilities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
