- Accurately input and update data into company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain organized physical records
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with meticulous attention
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and mail
- Support office inventory management and supply procurement
- Perform basic clerical tasks including photocopying and document preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
