Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM), including client greetings and call routing
- Perform high-volume data entry for client records, inventory logs, and operational reports
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero-error documentation standards
- Coordinate with overnight security and international teams for seamless operations
- Process incoming communications via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Generate daily operational reports and analytics dashboards
- Support inventory management through real-time data updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Professional phone etiquette and client service skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
