Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, memos, presentations, and other business documents.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate databases and perform precise data entry tasks to support office operations.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Vendor & Client Relations: Coordinate with vendors and maintain positive relationships with clients and visitors.
- Office Management: Assist with inventory management, office supplies ordering, and general facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional administrative support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
